Duro lime plaster base coat is also flexible and long-lasting, so it's more resilient to cracking or crazing compared with a site-mixed lime render. Solo Onecoat Lime Plaster is a one-coat lime plaster for interior use on masonry, undercoats and boards. Can be finished to a smooth surface suitable for decoration.Developed to give a high-quality finish, Lime Green Solo Onecoat Lime Plaster is a perfect labour and time-saving interior lime plaster. Unlike standard lime plasters, Lime Green Solo doesn't always need an initial base coat.Applied as normal it can be finished in many different styles, from a smooth regular finish through to rustic or textured plaster finishes. A mineral plaster primer that is designed to control many high suction backgrounds whilst still remaining vapour open and breathable. SOLO® Primer can also be used to consolidate problematic surfaces and substrates. Sometimes boards or old lime plasters are too smooth or too "thirsty" to achieve a good finish when skimming with lime plaster. Solo Primer helps control the high levels of suction and provides a gritty key for the plaster to stick to, but unlike PVA it is as breathable and durable as lime and won't form a plastic film, sealing in damp. Once primed you can skim over the primer using our Solo lime plaster. Lime green Stipple coat will prepare them ready for the next coat of lime plaster or lime render.Walls and ceilings can then be completed using our finished lime plasters for a high-quality surface prior to painting. Like Ultra and Duro, Stipple Coat lime preparation is a lime-based product so it allows the walls to breathe and expel any trapped moisture. For non-porous sealed surfaces, such as tanking slurries, use Lime Green Grippa.

Lime Green Ultra Lime Plaster Base Coat - 10kg

Lime Green's Ultra lime plaster base coat is a lightweight insulating lime plaster base coat that is five to ten times thermally more efficient than other lime plasters. This makes it the perfect plastering base coat for building renovations, where it gives an additional insulation layer to internal walls and protects against salt damage. As an insulating lime plaster, Ultra Lime Plaster is an effective insulator because it contains an aggregate of hollow beads made from recycled glass, which can make up to 55% of its bulk. This replaces the sand conventionally used in standard commercial lime plasters, which means Ultra Lime Natural uses less energy to manufacture and is significantly lighter to transport, so cutting down on distribution costs and energy. Also, because it is applied as a wet plaster, Ultra Lime Plaster acts as a ‘draught excluder' by plugging any small pores and gaps within the fabric of the wall, something that standard dry-lining cannot do to the same extent. Ultra lime plaster base coat is applied to walls in the same way as conventional lime plasters. It has good ‘workability' and there are no complicated fixings or problems achieving the right depth of coat. Completely MineralOne of the great advantages of lime plasters is that they are minerals, without containing anything which will dissolve in water or rot, unlike gypsum and polymer plasters.  Ultra is over 99.5% mineral once it has set, which also means it has the best possible Fire Classification (Class A1). Thermal PerformanceUltra is the warmest lime plaster on the market: with no cement and a thermal conductivity of just K=0.11 (lab testing at 0% moisture) or k=0.178 (moisture corrected as per the British Standard), it can be an invisible upgrade to your thermal performance while re-rendering. Thermal Conductivity (Typical Real World): 0.178 w/mK- 10mm = 8% reduction in heat loss- 20mm = 15% reduction in heat loss- 40mm = 26% reduction in heat loss

Warmshell Board Adhesive is a breathable, moisture-wicking adhesive for Warmshell insulation boards applied to porous backgrounds. With a high lime content, it has natural biocidal properties and works with the rest of the Warm shell system to help keep the wall dry. Careful choice of ingredients means that our adhesive does not contain toxic or persistent biocides and has very low VOCs. We've designed this product carefully so that it contains 99% lime and sand, while still providing enough stickiness. That means it is much safer from rot or fire compared to most polymer-based adhesives. It also means it acts as an active moisture-wicking layer, making sure any moisture in your wall isn't trapped. Warmshell Board Adhesive is not for use as a tile or stone adhesive nor for application to waterproofed backgrounds. When applied for External Wall Insulation (EWI) then mechanical fixings should also be used to resist wind loads

OBEX CORTEX 0230FR Class A2 VCL membrane has excellent air and vapour-tightness properties which make it ideally suited to improving the airtightness, moisture management and energy efficiency of buildings.  It is installed on the warm side of the insulation and provides an air and vapour-tight barrier, preventing warm air and moisture from passing through the external wall and forming interstitial or surface condensation within the cavity. OBEX CORTEX 0270FR Score’N’Snap Cement Board Class A1 is a lightweight hybrid cement board, featuring the durability and weather resistance of a cement board, but with the workability and install speed of a gypsum board. The Score’N’Snap Board is an external sheathing board that fixes onto Steel Frame Section walls and is suited to demanding outdoor environments that are exposed to heat, moisture and frost.
